Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD or LKR unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may vary due to seasonal demand, availability, or third-party costs
  • Payment terms, deposits, and deadlines will be communicated during booking

Eco Travel Sri Lanka is not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour, accommodation, and service providers involved.

  • Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to supplier policies
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected changes.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
If you opt for our partner insurance plan, coverage details will be provided separately.

Eco Travel Sri Lanka is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

Health, Safety & Responsibility

By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your personal health and fitness
  • You will follow safety instructions provided by guides and staff

Eco Travel Sri Lanka is not responsible for injuries, illness, or accidents caused by negligence, weather conditions, or acts beyond our control.

Changes to Itineraries

We may modify itineraries due to:

  • Wildlife movement
  • Safety concerns
  • Local regulations or unforeseen circumstances

Such changes are made in your best interest, and we aim to provide suitable alternatives.

Wildlife & Eco Responsibility

Guests are required to:

  • Follow eco-friendly and responsible tourism guidelines
  • Avoid littering, harassment of animals, or cultural disrespect

Failure to comply may result in tour termination without refund.

Liability Limitation

Eco Travel Sri Lanka acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third parties
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Acts of nature, government actions, or force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

Intellectual Property
